7151 Vernier and Micrometer Calibration Kit

The 7151 is a comprehensive kit for dimensional calibration applications
including verniers, calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. The kit
contains a 47 piece grade 1 metric gauge block set, with each gauge made
of hardened alloy steel with a high quality surface finish. The set is housed
in a fitted wooden case. A compact surface plate (305 x 230 x 50mm) is
included for precision depth measurements.
For internal measurements a 200 mm gauge block holder and two
cylindrical jaws is provided. Additionally 4 optical flats are supplied, for
examining the flatness and parallelism of the measuring faces on external
micrometers. Also supplied are a pair of cotton gloves, oil, wipes and
leather chamois. The kit is supplied in two compact carry cases for storage
and transport. An accredited (ISO 17025) calibration certificate is supplied
for the gauge block set, optical flats and surface plate.
